Wait for the connection to the streaming server; it may take up to 20 seconds. If playback does not start, there may be server-side issues (e.g., server overload) or insufficient internet speed.
Insufficient speed? Reduce stream quality.

Try selecting a different playback bitrate: 48, 64, 96, 128, or 192 kbps.

If the issue persists, try a different mix with a similar genre.
Sound is choppy/interrupted.

If only one stream link is available, try a different station.
You need a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G, or wired). For smooth playback, a speed of at least 1–2 Mbps is recommended.
Do I need to register to listen to the mix?
No. Registration is optional and only required for chat participation and saving personal settings. You can log in via any social media profile.

What is “Favorites”? How do I use it?
“Favorites” is a personal bookmark list for quick access to your preferred stations. Hover over a station’s icon to see a small heart—click it to add the station to Favorites. A red heart indicates it’s already saved.

Streams videos from open sources with regional restrictions set by the official rights holders. These limits are imposed by the content owners.
Video is lagging/buffering?
If video freezes or stops:

Clear browser cache/cookies.

Pause the video and wait for the buffer to fill (check the progress bar).

Switch to a lower quality (via player settings).

What if a mix/podcast isn’t working?
Stations may undergo brief maintenance. Try these steps:

Wait 10–15 seconds for the stream to load.

Check your device’s volume.

Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on PC).

Ensure a stable internet connection.

Clear cache and restart the browser.

Update your browser.

How to send greetings, song requests, or feedback about the broadcast?
Note: We do not control mix/podcast content. Comments on our site are visible only to users and express personal opinions (moderated). They may also serve as helpful feedback for others.
How are station rankings determined?
Rankings are based on daily unique plays per IP address. A “play” counts as clicking the “Play” button (duration does not affect ranking).
